How do I begin my Tortoise Cakes experience?
1. Inquiry & Quote
Request your quote by completing the inquiry form. Your responses will help me craft a tailored and precise plan for your cake, cupcakes, or macarons.
2. Personalized Review
Upon receiving your inquiry, I will confirm availability and provide either a general estimate if you're exploring options, or a precise quote if your vision is defined.
3. Confirm Your Reservation
After our correspondence, I will send your invoice along with the Terms & Conditions. A secure link will be provided to submit your 50% retainer. Once the retainer is received and the Terms & Conditions are signed, your date is officially reserved on my calendar.
4. The Design Preview
A concept sketch is available exclusively for custom orders serving 75+ guests. Based on your vision—color palette, theme, or general concept—I will craft the design. The sketch will be provided for approval approximately one month after your date is secured on my calendar.
5. Order Ready
Your order is ready! For pickup, arrive at the confirmed date, time, and address. For delivery, please be present within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, or call to arrange an alternate time. *Please note: Tortoise Cakes operates by appointment only and is not open to the public.*
